Survey Sent By Management Today

Dear Crew,

The survey all crew received today was prepared by the Company without the involvement from the Union. 

Despite what the results of the survey are, we want you to be aware of the fact that according to our CBA, everything to do with the scheduling/bidding and swapping must be negotiated with the AFA. This survey is asking for your input on a system Norse aims to implement in the future. It is important to note that if a system like PBS is going to be selected, it will take at least one year to implement!

If you decide to take the survey, we ask you to make sure you do answer the last question, where you are being ask for a comment. In the comment section, please ask Norse management to develop a temporary bidding system NOW to be utilized until the PBS system is implemented.
