August 2025 Roster Bidding Update

Dear Crew,

Rosters were released on July 15, 2025 and we were notified by crew planning that 75-80% of crew received the roster lines that were bid for.

There were some adjustments that had to be made due to crew having trips that lead into August, and also changes due crew vacation allotment for the month of August.

We are in communication with Crew Planning for further information about roster assignments, and to discuss a dispute period, since we were unable to have our roster pre-release and dispute period prior to official release on the 15th.

Crew Planning is set to get back to us within the next few days.

In the interim, we ask crew, as much as possible, not to engage in swaps for the August roster until we are able to confirm our potential dispute period with Crew Planning. 

Overall, this first roster bidding trial was marginally successful and we look forward to working on this again, in conjunction with crew planning for September's roster.
