September 2025 Roster Bidding

Good Day Crew,

Bidding for the September 2025 roster will commence today (August 3, 2025) at 12 noon EST and end at August 6, 2025 at 12 noon EST.

Ayana from the scheduling committee, and Jhenelle from the negotiations committee will be in Riga during the pre-release, and the majority of the dispute process to work directly with Crew Planning to resolve issues.

We understand there have been some complaints about the August 2025 roster release and the lack of dispute period. This is something that we are working directly with crew planning to refine and perfect for the remainder of the trial.

Jhenelle will be putting together a form for crew to fill out after the official September 2025 roster release to collect feedback from the crew on the process. Rest assured, the team is open to feedback and want to ensure this process goes smoothly for all crew members.
