Union Zoom + In Person FLL Meeting Tomorrow - January 10, 2023

Dear Norse Cabin Crew,

Today, your Union representatives Valentin, Katarzyna, and Ted had a meeting with Norse Management in Fort Lauderdale. All of Norse's top Management is currently in Fort Lauderdale for important meetings and we took the opportunity to meet with the top leadership team about the continual problems Norse cabin crew face: lack of good rosters and lack of travel benefits. We were very honest with Management about how disappointed we are about the lack of progress in both areas. We also told them the crew were very disappointed in today's Althing meeting where they did not give the crew encouraging news. We will go into more detail in tomorrow's Union Zoom meeting which is still planned for 12PM. We will be joined on the call by AFA International Staff Representative Guy Bosworth at 1230 where he will answer questions about the AFA elections for new Union Officers. Last Minute In-Person Meeting with the CEO at Norse Office in Fort Lauderdale TOMORROW (Wednesday) at 3PM
 

After hearing that the crew were disappointed in today's Althing update, our CEO Bjorn Tore Larsen asked if an in person meeting specifically for the Cabin Crew would be beneficial before he returned to Norway. We said "yes."

If you are in FLL tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3PM, PLEASE COME to the Norse Office located at 5525 NW 15th Avenue, Suite, 2020, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33309. We know this is last-minute notice, but we promised Bjorn Tore that cabin crew members will show up to the meeting. Again, if you can attend in person, please do so. The Union will host all of the crew who attend the meeting to a happy hour after the meeting is concluded.
