Statement from MEC about "Critical staffing Procedure in effect" Email

Dear Crew,

As many of you have seen, an email was sent out by management this morning called "Critical staffing Procedure in effect." The email stated changes to the sick leave policy and automatic separation for no-shows. 

Like the many CCMs who have reached out, we were also concerned with these changes. 

We have already met with management and filed a grievance. 

We are optimistic that we will not only resolve the grievance, but actually address the real issue, which is covering summer flying. 

We will keep you updated as we work collaboratively work on this with management.
