September 2025 Roster Dispute Period

Dear Crew,

We have successfully completed our September 2025 Roster Bidding.

Please see the results of the bid in your email.

Some pairings had to be changed due to crew members previous rosters, vacation requests, and for operational reasons. As a result, crew may notice deviations in your flights awarded vs the line you bid.

We were also told that some Pursers may be required to go back to Indigo in September. As a result, some will note IGO on their roster, or their roster may not be visible at all.

Those crew members who are on FMLA and other leaves rosters are also not visible.

The dispute period will begin at 13.00 ET on August 8, 2025 and end at 13.00 ET on August 10, 2025

To successfully dispute your bid with our scheduling committee, please send an email to [email protected] using the following template:

Email Title:
Dispute - Employee # - Original Line # Bid (eg. DISPUTE - 12345 - Line 17)

Email Contents:
Employee # (eg. 12345)
Original Line Bid (eg. line 17)
Line Awarded (eg. line 21)
Dispute Reason: I did not get the line I bid for and would like to have (insert line here) instead

The scheduling committee will investigate your request and will update you on August 12, 2025 with the results of your dispute. 

Rosters will be formally released according to the regular release schedule dictated by Crew Planning.

 

During this trial bidding period, as explained in the bidding document, partial swaps will not be allowed to be sent in to the replanning email. The ONLY swaps that will be allowed will be full month roster swaps in the Crew Connex app or to replanning.

To send an email to replanning, you must follow the template below:

Email Title:
FULL MONTH SWAP - Employee # - MONTH (eg. FULL MONTH SWAP - 12345 - SEPTEMBER)

Email Contents:
Your Employee # and Last Name (eg. 12345 - VIXON)
Colleague Employee # and Last Name (eg. 98765 - BLOOM)
Swap Request: We would like to swap our rosters for (insert month here)


Additional swaps will exclusively be processed in the app. If you are not able to swap automatically in the app, the swap will not be granted.

If you require a last minute swap (less than 5 days) before your trip due to an emergent issue, this will be processed on a case by case basis by crew control but this is not a priority for them as they may have other urgent issues to deal with.

If you have ANY issues with your roster and not receiving your requested bid line, the only time to address this is during the dispute period and emails should exclusively be sent to [email protected] using the template stated above.
