Dear Cabin Crew,

The following is information regarding the new crew hotels for our winter 2023 SEASONAL destinations and NEW (PERMANENT) crew hotel in MIA. We know that many of you have asked for hotels in better locations in Berlin, London, Paris, and Rome and this will be considered next year. The hotels for ACMI service will be chosen by the ACMI providers (Neos, TUI, etc.) and we will share that information as it becomes available.
