Act Now: Leaves of Absence & Part-Time Rosters October 2022

If you want to take an unpaid leave of absence or part-time roster for the winter schedule, now is the time to let us know if you're serious about taking one. Please email Norse HR and the Union at: [email protected], [email protected]

Norse HR will pass on the information to the planning department so they can determine how many leaves of absence and part-time rosters they can build for the crew and in which bases. Please specify if you want an unpaid leave of absence OR if you want a part-time roster.

For those requesting an unpaid leave of absence, please specify your preferred "start" and "end" date. You can ask for the leave to start as soon as tomorrow and last until the beginning of next year.

For those requesting a part-time roster, we don't have the exact details yet but right now it looks like it would consist of 9 days of work and 21 days off with a 30 hour guarantee.
