Our protocol dictates that we are unable to admit persons we do not know to our Zoom meetings. This means that if you do not have your real name listed, you will be denied entry. We will not admit anyone with alternate names such as "zoom user", "iphone", etc.
If you are attempting to join the Zoom and are unable to change your name to reflect your real one, please reach out to Jhenelle to verify your identity.
Additionally, we would encourage everyone to be on time to ensure that they see the full presentation and avoid asking duplicate questions.
As a reminder, only members in good standing will be able to attend the town halls and be able to vote on the TA.
If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact AFA Membership Services https://www.afacwa.org/membership_services
Looking forward to seeing you at our Town Halls and answering any questions that you have.
Thank you and solidarity,
Your Negotiations Team: Katarzyna Mroczek, Theodore Pavlik, Jhenelle Jacas, Dylan Salvi
