Negotiations Update March 25, 2025
Dear Crew,
Your negotiations team and our AFA Negotiator met with the company in London from March 17-21 for negotiations to negotiate a new contract, as well as close out several outstanding letters of agreement, and resolve an outstanding grievance.
We are pleased to announce that after a long week, we have reached a Tentative Agreement on a new contract!
In addition, we have five letters of agreement signed, and closed out the outstanding grievance.
This Tentative Agreement (TA) will be sent out to you for membership ratification. Your Negotiations Committee supports this TA and are recommending a YES vote. Voting timeline and information for the TA will be announced shortly.
You can find a copy of our Tentative Agreement (TA) below

We will also be hosting several Zoom town halls to answer any questions the crew may have about the TA across the next few weeks. You can submit all questions about the TA to the following link: 2025 TA Questions Form.
The dates for the Zoom town halls will be posted on our event calendar on the website, and the dates and times with Zoom links will be shared with the crew in upcoming newsletters.
All information about our TA, including a summary of improvements, can be found on our website using this link: https://norseafa.org/2025TA
The letters of agreement will be in effect immediately.
Our 3 outstanding letters of agreement that were signed can be seen below:
The two additional letters of agreement relate directly to our contract, but will also come into effect immediately. These are:
All of our letters of agreement will be posted on the website under the "Our Contract" section.
Outstanding Grievance
The outstanding grievance that was settled was about the ATH hotel and the issues that crew have been having with bugs being found in their rooms. We will be staying at the same hotel as last summer, but with some improvements for the crew to mitigate this risk.
