Hotel Committee & Negotiations Update

Dear Crew,

This newsletter will discuss hotel committee updates as well as detail the application process to be a part of our negotiations for our next contract.

Hotel Committee

The JFK hotel has been temporarily changed to Freehand in the Flatiron District. Our contract at the Inidgo Hotel in Williamsburg ended on September 1, 2024 and the hotel committee is actively communicating with management to ensure a permanent replacement that takes all of the crew’s needs into consideration.

The committee is currently waiting to receive a list of hotel options from the company so that they may vet them and provide their recommendations.

The goal, as always, is to ensure crew comfort and safety, as well as meeting the company’s budgetary requirements.
