December 2025 Roster Bidding

Dear Crew,

Due to the recent changes in staffing in JFK and the transition from crew from NO AOC to UK AOC, we have worked with the Planning Department and have implemented a new style of bidding until the summer schedule begins in 2026.

From December 2025-May 2026, we will be doing DO bidding in seniority order which will be managed by the union and submitted to the Planning department. The Planning Department has assured us they will do their very best to accommodate all bids.

An additional change in the bidding is that we will be able to bid for six (6) days off every month in this time period.

Due to various trainings planned in December 2025 (UK Conversion & NO recurrent), please note that not all bid requests will be able to be accommodated. Planning has indicated that they will NOT be accepting DO bids during the holidays (December 24, 2025-January 1, 2026) and that those days off will be assigned by their department.

The bidding will open today, November 3, 2025 at 12noon ET and will close on November 5, 2025 at 11pm ET.

The results will be submitted to the Planning Department by November 6, 2025 and the results will be published on your rosters during regularly scheduled roster release.
