VLLF & Involuntary Furlough Agreement Winter 2025/Summer 2026

Dear Crew,

We successfully signed an agreement regarding VLLF (Voluntary Leave In Lieu of Furlough) & Involuntary Furlough for Winter 2025/Summer 2026.

The company sent out a survey to our work emails asking for crew who have not been involuntarily furloughed to express interest in VLLF. This survey runs until 03NOV25 at 12noon Oslo Time (6am ET). Complete the survey HERE

For those who have questions about why VLLF was not offered prior to Involuntary Furloughs as per our CBA, we have filed an MEC Grievance regarding this and are awaiting the company's response to same.

We will keep you in the loop on the progression of this.

We will be having a Zoom Meeting today at 5pm ET (3pm PT) to address this agreement & VLLF.
